I think my order has been lost - what should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the times indicated on our shipping guidelines, then please get in touch with us at info@noencoreapparel.com as soon as possible so we can try and help you out.

Please allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.

How can I cancel or change my order?

You will need to email us at info@noencoreapparel.com as soon as possible to enable us to give you a full refund, or change your order before we send it out. We try and ship orders within 1 working day, so try and get in touch before it has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, then simply return the order back to us as per the returns guidelines when you receive it.

I haven’t received an order confirmation email?

Check your junk/spam folders, and if you still can’t find it, send an email to our helpful team at info@noencoreapparel.com

Will I have to pay any taxes or duties on top of my order?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes associated with your order. These will be due at the point of, or after, delivery.

No Encore does not have control over any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. Unfortunately, we can’t tell you what the cost will be as charges vary and packages going through customs are randomly selected.

I’m an influencer and I want to rep No Encore. Shall I reach out?
