We aim to dispatch daily on orders placed before 1pm GMT/BST. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, which will include a Royal Mail tracking code if you have paid for tracked delivery.
We advise customers choose tracked shipping if possible. No Encore Ltd is not liable to refund or replace orders that have been lost in transit.

If you wish to return or exchange any of your No Encore items, please return within 14 days of the dispatch date with your returns slip enclosed. You will then be refunded the cost of the item/s to the method with which you paid. Items must be unworn and in perfect resale condition, or refund will not be given.
If you wish to make an exchange, please note this clearly on the returns slip with your returned item. A new shipping notification for your requested exchange will be emailed to you within 7 working days of receipt, and we'll send the new item to you ASAP. The replacement item will be shipped Royal Mail 48 Hour CRL to you free of charge (once per customer). Please note: we cannot exchange items of differing value.

Customers are responsible for the method and cost of returning any items to us, but please endeavour to reuse the original packaging if you can. We recommend using a Signed For, recorded postal service as No Encore is not liable for any items that go missing en route back to us.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.
If you choose to return any items that were purchased as part of a promotion (i.e. buy one get one 50% off), by returning part of your order your remaining total means you are no longer eligible for the original discount; the value of that discount will be deducted from any refunds due.
We reserve the right to reject and refund any orders placed by customers we believe to be abusing our returns policy.
We aim to make sure that all stock levels listed online are accurate; however, there may occasionally be a discrepancy between stock listed and our physical stock, down to human error. In the unlikely event that you order an item online which turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you to let you know when the item will be back in stock and ask if you would prefer to pre-order, or be given a full refund.
All orders are packaged by hand using recyclable materials, and by happy humans earning a fair living wage while listening to good music.
Expect your order to arrive in a mail-size cardboard box, which can be reused, recycled or composted. You should also find enclosed a returns form/dispatch note, a paper sticker and a postcard giving more information on reducing your garments' carbon footprint. There will be no plastic or other non-recyclable products with your package.

If an item is sold out, you can sign up to be notified when it's back in stock. This button will automatically appear on the page of sold out items. You can register to receive an email, SMS/Text message, or Facebook message, and will be contacted at your chosen method literally the minute we restock. You never need to miss out!
